Jorge Villaruel

Ranch Supervisor:

Jorge has been with the company since 1997 as a field supervisor.   He is very knowledgeable in equipment, mechanics, servicing and maintenance, agronomy and irrigation.   He has an “eye” for what the crop needs, and does a great job at giving it just that.   Jorge’s hard work and commitment show in the quality products that are produced from our farms.

 

 

 

Rafael Mendoza

 

Harvest Manager:

Rafa started working with Fordel, Inc. as Harvest Assistant in 2000.  In recent years Rafa has moved up to Harvest Manager.  His duties are to make sure all harvest equipment is ready for the start of the Cantaloupe Season. In his time with Fordel, Rafa has gained the experience and knowledge to harvest our produce with the high standards that we demand and it takes a special person to be able to manage 13-23 crews at a time.  Rafa has proven to be a valuable and loyal employee.
